Shipping:

 In most cases we ship within 1-2 business days from receiving your order.

We send all packages through Australia Post and include tracking numbers.

Prices:

• Standard Shipping 3-5 business days - $14.95
• Express Shipping - $19.95

Spend over $100 on products and shipping is free!

Free Local delivery to:  Australia (4128, 4127, 4129, 4130, 4119, 4112, 4114, 4123, 4207)  

Please note: During Christmas busy period there may be a delay on shipping due to volume and demand. Please keep this in mind when ordering and order ahead if need be.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. You will have been given a tracking number.

Exchanges

Please contact us with any issues or concerns with your purchase and we will work with you to resolve the problem. 

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned if opened i.e personal care items, such as soaps for hygiene reasons.
